These Terms of Service govern your use of kishorichitrapat.com and purchases from Kishori Chitrapat and Fragrances. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

Custom Orders: All artworks are handmade and customized. Slight variations may occur, which are part of the uniqueness of our products.

Payments: 50% advance is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of delivery. Orders are not considered complete until full payment is received.

Shipping: Orders are shipped within 15–20 days, with total delivery timelines ranging from 15–30 days. We are not liable for courier delays.

No Refunds or Replacements: Due to the nature of handcrafted and customized artwork, we do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Framing Responsibility: Artworks are delivered without glass framing. Customers are responsible for framing locally.

Intellectual Property: All designs, images, and content on this website belong to Kishori Chitrapat and Fragrances. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for damages or losses once the product is delivered in good condition.

Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you agree to the updated terms.
