At Kishori Chitrapat and Fragrances, each piece of artwork is handcrafted and embellished with utmost care. Due to the unique and customized nature of our products, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or replacements once an order has been placed.

Currently, artworks are delivered without glass framing. Customers are responsible for arranging framing on their own. Our responsibility is limited to delivering the art board safely and securely to you.

We take the utmost care in packaging to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. In case of any concerns regarding delivery damage, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with unboxing photos and proof of issue for review.
