Shipping policy

At Kishori Chitrapat and Fragrances, every artwork is handcrafted and customized with great attention to detail. To maintain our quality standards, production begins only after the order is placed.

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 15–20 days of ordering.

Payment Terms: We require 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation, and the remaining 50% is payable at the time of delivery.

Delivery Timeline: Depending on the customization and shipping location, total delivery time is usually 15–30 days from the date of order.

Shipping Method: We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and secure delivery of your artwork. Proper packaging is done to minimize transit risks.

Customer Responsibility: Since we currently provide artwork without glass framing, customers are responsible for arranging framing locally.
